Definitions and Interpretations

The meanings of the following words and terms used in these Terms are defined below:

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

Registration and gaming on cgk22 is permitted only for individuals aged 21 or above. No one under the age of 21 may create an account. cgk22 may request necessary documents for age verification at any time. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Each individual may create only one account. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The cgk22 platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. However, services may be limited or unavailable for users in certain countries or regions. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their own area.

Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Updating Information

If any of your registration details change (such as mobile number or bank account), inform cgk22 immediately. cgk22 will not be responsible for any payment delays or other issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

cgk22 may initiate an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. This process may require your national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

3.4 Account Closure

Users may request closure of their own account at any time through our support team. cgk22 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

cgk22 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at cgk22, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000. That means if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive a total bonus of ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account, per device, per IP address and per payment method.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been converted into real money.
• cgk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If fraudulent activity is proven with the intent to exploit bonus benefits, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Loyalty Program

cgk22 operates four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Users may be promoted to higher tiers based on active gaming and contributions to the platform. cgk22 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited at cgk22 via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and banking methods:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Please ensure you provide the correct transaction reference number when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawal funds will be sent only via the same method and to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions, which may increase processing time.

5.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions on cgk22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any matters related to tax or legal obligations are entirely the user's own responsibility. cgk22 does not provide tax deductions or financial advice.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

cgk22 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. The result of each game is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No manipulation of results is possible and no user receives special advantages.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby.
• Winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.
• cgk22 will not be liable for bets lost due to software errors or network issues.

6.3 Game Providers

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cgk22 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to play games using automated bots, scripts or software
• Attempting to hack another user's account or gain unauthorized access

• Operating an account using a false identity or information
• Exploiting game errors or bugs for personal gain
